The space

Welcome to the Beach! The perfect place for a family vacation or a memorable getaway!

Snow Birds and Winter Texans are all welcome! We offer long term winter rates every year. Please add a 30 day or more stay and the discount is automatically added in the estimate.

Arrival: the unit is equipped with a smart lock making 24 hour check possible for whenever you arrive.

Sleeping arrangements: the bedroom has a king size bed and in the living room the queen sleeper sofa folds out. For the family, there are two custom birch children sized bunks near the front door.

Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen in the unit awaits! This includes dishes, toaster, InstaPot, blender, utensils, coffee maker, wine and martini glasses, pots and pans just to name a few. Full sized appliances and dishwasher are available for use.

Dining: The unit has an open arrangement with dining options at the four seat convertible table in the living room, dine outside on the spacious balcony or enjoy the television from the comfort of the couch!

Balcony is fully open and accessible! Take in views of the Galveston Fishing Pier and Jimmy's On the Pier. Or enjoy watching the planes fly in to the local Scholes International Airport.

This luxury vacation unit offers high speed internet, HD TV, cable, WiFi. and breathtaking views!

Beach access: The property is located directly across the street from the beach making this unit a short walk to your toes in the sand.

Additional items in the shared amenity closet include  space for hanging clothes, an iron and ironing board.

All linens are provided, the unit does not have a washer and dryer. The Maravilla coin laundry room is located steps from this unit. We do provide extra linens to ensure you have enough throughout your stay.

Maravilla grounds include: three pools (one of them heated), hot tub, access to a fitness center, picnic tables, grills, dog park, dog bath station and more for your enjoyment! Note that these are shared amenities and are on a first come, first serve basis.

The property is minutes from attractions like Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens and the Strand! The unit is also only a quick drive to the Cruise Ship Terminals where Norwegian and Royal Caribbean are sailing from.

Departure: 100% of the cleaning fee goes to our cleaning crew so there is not a long to-do list when you leave!
